Hasn't this car been on eBay before? It appears to be a Sprint shell, ie. a vinyl roof, which is strange for a 1300 engine! Either that or the vinyl etc. has been added, along with the front lights panel. Poor thing looks a bit cross-eyed...!

And £500 is a shade on the optimistic side!?

Why's there a picture of The Dukes of Hazard?

Yes, I remember seeing it a few months ago. Front lights do look a little odd. A bit unfortunate having what looks like a Sprint with only 58bhp to use! Much as I like my 1300, it is no speed machine<img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... /laugh.gif ALT=":lol"> . I have noticed that high start prices do seem to discourage people from bidding on eBay. Often a low start price attracts the interest and then the bids take off from there.

I think its a good car, my mate is after a dolomite but can only really afford insurance on a 1300, good comprimise.
some interesting comments there!!yep, i bought a 1973 sprint in inca off the 'bay, its being delivered monday. I reckon its quite a few yrs work too!!

BTW the 1300 had a vinyl roof, twin headlights and sprint alloys added by previous owner. More attention should be paid to Jessica Simpson <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... s/wink.gif ALT=";)"> than the general lee!!!!! hubba hubba
Look at the trim round the boot - it is like the 1300/1500 which do not go round the lower part near the bumper. The panel is painted black but no lower trim. Looks like a 1300/1500 with some tinkering with the front light panel.
