Breaking Sprint

This is the same one that used the picture of 'MaddMarts' Brooklands Sprint on his previous advert. I went and had a look at this as it is my neck of the woods. It was a Carmine Red 74 sprint that had been in a barn for some time, part dismantled to restore, PO never got round to it (same old story). It was very rotten. Chap said that they had it running and it sounded ok. Cant guarantee that though because i didn't hear it. The engine was all in one piece though and will be sold with all ancillaries. The owners are a garage business and they have a number of dollys (Two 1500SE's, Two Sprints and and a racer). They also have numerous other spares taken out of previous cars they have prepared for racing. I took the stainless sports exhaust off his hands .

Breaking sprint

All i can remember about the body work was that it is very rotten round the bottom half. It had been ziebarted as well. Not really sure what that means but it had little blanking plugs in the rear wheel arches inside the backdoors with 'ziebart' stamped on them. I went looking for very specific items so didn't take much notice of the roof but cant recall it being untidy in that area. Sorry thats all i know.
Hi All, I asked these guyz for the lengh of headlamp cable that connects to the bowl and then connects to the main wiring below the radiator, they asked for £10 including £2.50 p&P sent the money via paypal, what I gt back was the 6 headlamp connection blocks all joining cable covered in blue scotch locks and cut at 6 inch lengths...Emailed these people and asked what am I supposed to do with these bits??? No reply... So be warned..! Got the bits now from a nice man at our local scrappie for nothing... So my faith in humanity has been restored... regards Dave...
