I believe the bulkhead pad will also fit Sprint models, due to the cut out for the exhaust downpipe heat shield

Are all dolomites suposed to have one of these fitted? What do they do? Is it for reducing engine noise in the passenger compartment?

Yes, they were fitted as a sound deadening device as standard on all models
