springs etc

I am finally enjoying a quiet day at work, so have stuck the sprint up on stands, to whip off the front shocks and see whats what, they are konis, which i have now adjusted a bit more stiffly, my springs have part no. TKC768 u/r written on them, anyone tell me what spec this no. relates to?.who supplied them?<br>
I may or may not reach the rears ,if so great,<br>
there is no spacer washers between strut top bolts/inner wing hole??? can someone confirm there should be? or is my memorey failing before i am even 40........<br>
