Bushing recommendations / Sprint axle request.

I was hoping members would advise on which bushes are best to use on tie bars and trailing arms rubber or polyurethane? - also has anyone got a good leak-free rear axle for a man, o/d Sprint ( preferably recon') as I baulked at the price of Rimmer's units.<br>
