What's the dimensions, offset/backspace etc for FWD wheels?

They are 4J x 13, with an inset, ie the rim is inline, or slightly inboard, of the hub face.
I'll measure one of mine when I get chance.
If you know of a set of alloys for one, (cosmic, or minilites), I'll sanp their hands/arms/right side of body off.
DON't fir RWD wheels, you'll foul the body, and wreck the suspension.
Sounds an odd set up to me, I await your final measurements.

I see what you mean, just looked at a picture of a FWD.

would very very hard to find alloys for these only ever saw 1/2 with alloys on in the days when these were plentiful on the roads and because they only fit fwd's
super rare to get hold of
No, I should have about 5 shortly

I wanted to get one step ahead with a set of new minilites, which now seems impossible.

Shortly to own Scott's 1300 single carb. For pics, got to general off topic chat, page 6 under strangest car trade or words to that effect.

Beautiful (my first FWD)

When is the next meet and where? I'm still off work at the moment so I can't see it being a problem.

S/E Yorks meeting

Next meet Wed 30th August, Percy Arms, Airmyn.

Was going to carry over into Sept but the new DM will be out this week advertising (hopefully) last Wed of each month so stick as we are.

Alloys idea: paint some black shapes on silver wheels and they'll look like Minilites from a distance.....
