Hi Everyone,
Does anybody know of any quick/easy ways of removing front antiroll bar link ends from the bar ?
I need to change my bushes, which of course means removing one end so i can slide the new ones on...
I've been twisting, pulling, cursing, swearing - but to say it's tight is an understatement !
I'm worried i might trash them if i keep going the way i am...
Alternatively, is there such thing as a new or referb replacment available ?
It does seem a shame to replace the bushes, and then put the old links back on ...
any thoughts/ideas truly welcomed
thanks
Split the bush, just on one side to allow you to wrap it over the bar and then slide into place; the design of the mounting bracket allows this without detriment to performance and many replacement bushes are pre-split a la steering rack ones.
