checked my sprints timing (about 900/1000rpm) with good snapon gun. set it at 10degsbtdc as told..car runs ok,ish. turning to 16 degsbtdc it spees up a fair bit and smoother too. i always thought correct timing would produce best /fastest tickover, and retarding/advancing would worsen it, is this not the case on a sprint?? or is something else amiss? any thoughts anyone?<br>
