prop centre carrier

I have a very noisy propshaft centre carrier bearing which I'm planning to replace, but can only find the whole carrier as a replacement part at £46. Anyone know where I can get the bearing on its own or what info I'd need to get one from a bearing specialist (if there is such a thing)?
