Intriguing waterpump problem....

.....either in ignorance or in his haste to strip all bits off the car I recently bought, the PO has sheared off the waterpump LH bolt at the shoulder well within the shaft itself so I can't easily weld something to it to facilitate removal.<br>

Any suggestions how to get it out? Do they make 'easy-outs' for LH threads? Don't particularly want to drill it out or weld to the shaft itself as otherwise the pump seems in good order. Can't weld to the impellar as its cast iron.
