Used something similar on my TR6. Better on the Sprint in that it allows easier change of filter (on the 6 it prevents drain down too which is less of a problem on the Sprint as the filter points downwards in the first place). On the 6 it used a similar O ring arrangement to the Sprint oil pump and you have to 'test for size' by using a bit of blu-tac first!!! Don't know if this is the same as with the Sprint version which is of different design as I've not yet fitted one myself, though I've had cars which came with them.

Works a treat. Have been using one on XAA for the last 2.5 years, some 3500 Miles now, reminds me, must change the O&F this year even though the oil on the stick still hasn't even turned golden brown yet <!--EZCODE EMOTICON START ;) --><img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... s/wink.gif ALT=";)"><!--EZCODE EMOTICON END-->
