What reading should I get on a Sprint compression test ?

I'd be grateful if anyone could let me know what would be a healthy reading for my 2000cc Sprint.

IIRC 160 is right for a good engine, but anything over 145 with even readings across the 4 cylinders should be OK. 160-170 is what I've been getting. <br>
