oil filter

my sprint has the spin on oil filter conversion. what filter do i need then? dont think it has a number on the old one so thought id ask on her a u are all so clever<!--EZCODE EMOTICON START :rollin --><img src=

I use a <!--EZCODE BOLD START--><strong>Champion C103</strong><!--EZCODE BOLD END-->, but others are bound to differ.<br>

More to it than that Dollyboy. There are loads the same size, but they have different guts. You can get one with a non-return valve (not needed on a Sprint) one with a magnet in it, blah blah. At that point my wallet took over and I got the cheapest branded one.<br>

I use a coopers part no. Z121, which as said above is the bog standard unf spin -on for 80s - 90s fiesta/escort ohv and cvh. Normally costs me around £2 from my friendly motor factor (where i once worked) .It hasnt got a valve in the bottom as needed for our ohv engines but has never given me any woes and i have used 10 +<br>
