Re: Another Aussie Sprint

I think we have found DLM in South Australia....proving hard to get in touch with, he appears to no longer be a registered on the TDC.

I'm currently trying to sort out another registration mess. Apparently it is not wise to obliterate the chassis number stamped on the suspension turret and simply ...

Re: Another Aussie Sprint

DML, I have only just found this, while scouring the internet to identify Australian Sprints that still exist. Sorry for resurrecting this thread.

You purchased Garth Newton's sprint, I think it was he who did all of the mods in Tassie. Glad to see it in South Australia, where I am (Adelaide- Stu ...

Re: Water pump cover I.D.

I also have to more covers with the same ID but PBM2 cast onto them. They are also late 6 vane covers. I thought you might ...

Re: Thanks for having me back

Good diagnosis. I recall now that when I parked up and went for a restart, the engine fired but cut out shortly after, when the pressure on the key was released. Points to the ignition key switch. I'll look at it this weekend.

I have a replacement modern fusebox.

Thanks again, I need to spend more ...

Thanks for having me back

Been a while, tried to login, alas, my old nick "straylight" was no more. So I re-registered and looks like I have it back. Hopefully. Sentimental.

Bit of an update, sadly the sprint hasn't been on the road for 6 months, the shame, the shame. But took her out last monday for a bit of a run. Seems I ...
