Hello. I have been approached by a non member who has a unit at Heathhall Estate Dumfries near mine. His unit has received a demolition notice and he has to dispose of 3 FWD projects by 15th Feb. One is a very rotten TC while the others are restorable. The gent has asked for help. If anyone is ...
