Re: **Wanted** number plate lamp unit **May Be Resolved**

Hi Dave, I checked the one I have and I wouldn't say the plating was good, pretty bad really, I wouldn't say it was really worth sending it out - sorry. Please find attached a image from the parts catalogue showing all components required. It can of course be fitted to a later style bumper if uou ca...

Re: **Wanted** number plate lamp unit

I think I may have one for you.

I just need to check on it's condition, if it ever stops raining I'll wander out to the garage and report back.

Re: Engine swaps and the DVLA: Reolved

then send it to DVLA for the engine swap. It's my experience that giving DVLA more than a single task at once just confuses them and they are more than likely to "lose" your application or just refuse it because they CAN! So don't give them the chance! Again. . . . can I just add . . . th...

Re: Engine swaps and the DVLA: Reolved

Talk to your local Post Office. Can I just add: Talk to someone at your Main Post Office , most sub post offices haven't a clue about anything like this, you may even find it a challenge to find anyone who can help at your Main Post Office, mostly (I have found) that unless they have some practical...

Re: Too Many Facebook sites?

I see you have left of the main Facebook group for Dolomite owners from your list, the one with the largest members, the most active one. Do you mean the one who’s moderator removed any posts with reference to the Club and what it had to offer on the basis he felt he should be able to reap all the ...

Re: Dolomite 1850 - Tubular Exhaust Manifold

Again to confirm that a TR7 one won't fit, the 7 has much more space around the engine than a Dolomite so the down tube is sloped whereas the Dolomite tubular one would be much more upright to match the exhaust system below. Good luck with your search, I think (maybe) that SAH had one listed in thei...

Re: 1850 sill colour ?

The only Dolomites to have body coloured sills were the Dolomite 1300 and base model Dolomite 1500. All the other models had black sills.

Looking at the MoT History it certainly looks as though it had been well looked after in the past.

Fingers crossed someone takes it on.
