Thanks I thought about that but read that it can be a right pain removing the hub without the correct puller did you replace the backplate

When I fitted my MG studs, I did away with the back plate and put Loctite on the splines and I have had no issues.

Hi just thought I’d post this might be of some use to someone in the future. I needed to change rear studs so thought I would try without removing hubs because either way the cover needs to come off the back of hub. I tapped carefully has I could around hub and tapped back one section fully to see ...
