Hello all, as some of you may have seen on the "Dolomite related" topic, I've gone through indicator stalks the last few years like they're going out of fashion. The part number I'm after is 218498 - I believe thats the early version.

If anyone has one that they reckon is original, or better quality than the last 5, please get in touch!

Have you had any joy in your search Kyle?

Not overly Ian. Ton offered me one that needed a few new connectors that I could have, otherwise, nothing. I think I'll take my chances on another dodgy green box and some relays if I don't hear anything in a week or so. :)

What type of connectors are on your switch Kyle? I have a 1500TC that might yield a suitable indicator stalk. However as other have said you really need to relay your headlamps to make the electrical side of the old switches last. Also, have you traced your possible tank leak? I have a few sound dolomite tanks, but they might now have surface rust inside as they have stood for years in the shed. I can get the parts to Bristol or Stratford upon Avon if that helps - neither appears very local for you?

Just ‘found’ this amongst a box of Jon Tilson’s things, untested, but with early grey plug. Blue wire to master light switch needs a new spade connector crimping on...

Make me an offer plus £4 postage...along with a promise to install relays prior to fitting it!
