Hmm, the car parts eating elf appears to have scoffed a few of the rear door mounting bolts for the Tolly. Can anyone spare 3 or 4?

Cheers

Ken

Hiya Steve. Hmm, was always overwhelmed when presented with choices. Can I have a mix please.

Oh you tease! Be good to have that update. Oh yes.

PM me your address again Ken, I seem to have lost the bit of paper I scribbled it on when I came to pick up PSB!
Then i'll stick some in a jiffy bag for you!

They're a bit of a special as the end of the thread has been milled down to assist locating with the mounting plate which 'floats' in the pillar.

I've had a quick look in my pot of Dolomite bolts and can immediately see 8, you need 24...with a bit of luck and a bit of time later, I might be able to find enough in there, though they'll have various paint colours to the heads!

I got mine from Namricks but they were just standard type, as Alun says they should have a tapered end to assist locating into the plates.

the size i got was 5/16 (thread size) x 1 . I used setscrews as they didn't have bolts of the correct length.

Correction: hinge to body, you only need 12 as the front hinges have a stud and nut arrangement. Hinge to door you need 24.

The thread sizes are
5/16"UNF for the hinge bolts and
1/4"UNF for the back door stays (onto the pillar)
