If you are not a member perhaps you should consider it - especially for when you need spares that only the club have got ! - also helps support this "club" forum !

A quick use of google will produce numerous sources for a stabiliser - either used originals, repro ones or "microchip" ones.

Robsport sell used originals for £6.00. There are several "microchip" ones on eBay starting at £8.70 delivered - they will need an earth connection.

If you want to save some hard earned pennies then wire up your own "microchip" version using a LM7810 regulator - again on eBay (Search LM7810CT) for £2.99 + £1.75 postage (total £4.74) but it ought to have a heatsink and a couple of decoupling capacitors and of course you will have to solder some connections to it so you will end up spending as much as the ready made one.

Ours are fully rebuilt with a new chip and electro-plated case. Other sources are available as has been mentioned.
