Having stripped my 1850 block out last week and supplying the parts requested to a memeber on here, the rest is going to be lobbed in a scrap bin shortly unless there are any bits left that people need.

Let me know..most of it is collection only unless its easy to post.

The end plate and sump will be worth keeping for a future TR7 swap...
Oh and front mounts too...
Crank is the same too.

Jonners, do you mean if I put a TR7 engine in loco?

Unlikely, it would be sprint for me I guess, I have more sprint engines than TR7 ones.....(running at about 6:1)

I'll have the engine out of loco any time if you do Sprint it...
Tis a good 'un....

You need sub frame diff and box to do the job right. Not worth it really.
Do it to a 1500....

I like the engine in Loco, compressions a little down on one of the cylinders but it does me well.

Its daily driver territory, I really don't want to do anything to it (cept for fix that shorting fuse which I haven't got back to yet), get a weatherstrip on the drivers door and sort out those rear bushes. I may clean the wheels too

I do have a complete set of sprint running gear though and loco has a good shell......mmmm

seriously though. I have a 73 sprint in the garage thats worth spending my efforts on. the 1850 will stay an 1850 unless soemthing happens to the engine.
