Hmm, a dilema. Plan was to do the car a nice retro pearl white! Now people say they like the yellow!

Here's a poll. Have some fun! I will abide by the winning vote

My only worry is..... what about the very red interior? Will it clash?

I posted a picture of a Fiesta Yellow mini in the resto thread, it's a subtle yellow that I think would suit the style and the period well. As for its clashing with the red trim, no more so than Cactus clashes with Olive as in Nick1854's 1300.

That yellow is very pale isn't it. Looks almost like it has a greenish tinge too. Not sure it would suit really :(

Looks like the Pearl White is winning the race.

Poll will end on Tuesday I think. We'll see what happens

Im in two minds, keep it white cos thats a rare colour and will set off the clean bright red interior a treat.
paint it yellow cos it will look good and the red interior will stand out as well.

Now that wasn't much help was it?

:-k :-k :-k :-k

Got it! If those who want it yellow all register with a few Mickey Mouse identities, we may just be able to swing the vote. Phew, for a moment there I was worried that I actually wrote that rather than simply thinking it.......

Magenta would be nice though. :D

Right then, looks like the white brigade are in the lead, may as well stick to that then. End of poll. Yeah, I know I said Tuesday but what the heck.

So, even a Magenta/yellow top-bottom two-tone split wouldn't swing it then?
