More pics on the Clean-over and cosmetic surgery on " Dylan" continues...

Boot painted in the correct Satin black, with new Badges and trim...

All four door bottoms stripped, re-painted in triumph white...

Drivers side wing edge stripped, re-done( minor surgery!) and re-painted...

...more pics coming this week Still a few jobs to do, like strip the cill, and repaint in the correct satin black, slight dent in one of the rear doors to fill/paint - new vinyl roof should have been fitted today, should be later in the week( ..he's a busy guy!) - can't wait for that , then it really will look sharp!

Well, after trying in vain to make the overdrive behave, I've decided to sell the old girl - probably to someone with more time, and less projects than I'm involved in...

The overdrive works...but only when it really wants to...coming and going on either a short blast, or a long 2-mile straight...it really is frustrating! Not really any use if you want to use it everyday....

...hopefully, whoever buys it will get to the bottom of it, as it's well worth it...

Why not just try some new O rings on the solenoid and a thorough going over of the wiring?

Also you could drop off the bottom access plate and clean out the filter, and maybe drop the valves and clean them too.

Seems a shame to let it out so cheap after so much work.
