Best forward you is to tackle one job at a time, posting photographs will make it easier for contributors to give precise advice.

First thing, that will be body shell repairs.
Start with the sills. Keep the car on its 4 wheels (to avoid twisting the shell) and leave the doors on as long as possible
(opening and closing these confirms clearances and that no distortion has happened).

First off, can you weld?
If not find some one that can and ask them to show you the ins and out choose on method of welding you like, Gasmig is the most popular for car welding and buy the best welder, mask and associated kit you can don't buy a cheap one.
Lots of practise on pieces of scrap (no not the car) before going anywhere near the car, you will need to cut out ALL the rust and take the car back to bare metal as much as you can but only in sections at a time if it is going to be along term job otherwise you will be just hiding the rust and in a years time it will rust through.
make sure you check all the body shell including the footwells, inside the boot, bulkhead area and up inside the wheel arches.
