We've had some decent weather (little rain) the last few days so the project is going a bit better.

Yes, it will be wide enough to get both our cars in and a good length too.

Ben has started making the roof trusses but unfortunately he was let down by Travis Perkins not delivering the ridge beam. It should be here first thing Monday though. Also on Monday the guys are bringing the new garage door to fit. :D

The sun is out today so I took the opportunity to take a few more pics. This is the progress up to the Thursday before Christmas:-

The builders will be back on Monday (I hope) and with some fine weather I'm hoping they can crack on with it. [-o<

Looks great Mart - I've got garage envy!

Nice to see you specified a Carmine Red garage door too - very apt!

You will enjoy working in it I'm sure.

Yes there will be upstairs storage for all my Dolly bits. Maybe space for a model railway too???? as long as I don't want to stand up.

The "implement store" is going to be fully insulated and double glazed so that I can use the space all year round. :D

It's been a while since the last update. All brick & block work is complete. The roof is finished and the dry lining has begun. Oh! and first fix electrics are done.

Yes, hopefully it will be finished by the end of next week, or there abouts.
