I'm about to fit one to the Sprintfire. Convinced it's the way to go!

easier on a spit, it can go between the frames in front the rad without blocking airflow (I assume they're not standard on spits? Was helping a mate fix hers earlier and its got one fitted there, looks almost like it was supposed to fit!)

Garth,
Exactly where my Sprint's oil cooler is located. If you are really keen you can make blanking plate out of light gauge aluminium to force all the air through the cooler.

As is usual with me, I have fitted my cooler horizontally and ducted the air via an alloy shute.
This together with a modern Volkswagon water expansion bottle (which has a lower take off pipe which is fed into the lower rad pipe) has cooled my sprint down to the point that it actually runs cooler on track (seriously no joke).
