Regardless of the fact that Italian and Spanish webers need totally different settings,+ you don't mention the choke sizes (32,33, 34,36?) never mind the DCOMS fitted to Peugeot & Citroen, which work completely differently?

He's right though...Jet sizes mean absolutely nothing without the chokes, you couldn't even use them as a sensible base to start from.
The vacuum across the jets will change substantially just by changing the choke size a couple of mm.
Unless your chokes have been machined to size, they may well have the number cast into them. As above, they will be 32, 34, 36 etc. so it would be easy to add the choke size to the list, to give him a good place to start.
