Hello,

I recently met Rick Cutting, the driver of a very rapid Orange & Black Dolomite Sprint (In Willhire 24-hour race livery) at the Circuit des Remparts historic races in Angouleme, France. Please see the photo of his car in the 2011 GT race.

We agreed to make contact when we were back in the UK, however I've mislaid his details. Rick is a regular to Angouleme and has been racing for 17 years so I'm sure there's someone in this forum that knows how I can get in touch.

Any help to track down Rick would be much appreciated.

Cheers

Howard

Thanks Hans, I received a PM earlier today with Rick's details and have now made contact.

BTW, he was a DNF at Angouleme. After using the back of my car to slow down 3 times on the same lap, he then spun out twice and later retired with a blown head gasket after the rad was punctured on my rear wings.

Quick car though, so you must build a good engine.

Cheers for the feedback.

I'm real sorry to hear this, I know he still had not completed to sort the rest of the car, probable to busy with his business,

I have to hear what happen, you tell me he punctured his radiator?? and also that there where sort of brake problems??
As far I know there where new brakes installed.
We never had brake problems after we had a proper 13" set build in 9" wheels by AP trough a company called Circuit Supplies, very friendly people. Very expensive though as AP is
What car do you race?? also a Sprint?

Thanks,

Hans

If you interested just browse around in this foto and video gallery it shows a bit of the engine building and my normal job. http://www.BCCP.NL
