Does the Works type front brake conversion, i.e. vented discs and
existing calipers spaced 10mm work with stock sprint alloys.

You do need a replacement longer stub axle as well. I think Ken Clarke does these.

About 15 year ago i did fit these on a sprint of mine, genuine ST discs with spaced calipers but what i do remember is that it goes on a std hub with std stub axle. The only mod was fitting twin calipers.

Thanks for the information and picture.
Next request is what are the key dimensions of the ST discs.
By deduction I'm quessing 221 diameter, 20 mm thickness
and depth O/A 36 mm.

These are not genuine ST discs Jeroen. The genuine ones were cast vented. Yours are cast solid then drilled.
