Aaaah, I missed this place. Felt like I'd lost a leg and the temporary forum was boring.

mine are inside the rear arches, you kind of feel that on the bumps, as the exhaust clanks the axle or something. Never been looking underneath there when it happens!

that sprint in the pic at the top is standard height on new springs etc, which totally backs up what I said on a previous post on the old board where everyone was arguing over lowering 2" is too much, no its not, blah blah.

you could take 2.5" - 3" off the height of that thing and get away with it, my point being that most folk see that as too high, and probably have boaty like handling so therefore opt for 1" lower and people commonly see the 1" lowered cars as the bench mark. the other point I made is that 5 yrs down the line, even if was untouched, that car wouldnt be sitting that high anyway.
