A few days back I thought I saw something about a Maplin window wiper intermittent sweep module that could be wired into the wiper circuit.

Can't find it now - was it on the old forum?

Went into Maplins this afty and they didn't have one nor could they exlained what it looked like or how it worked although it was £15.

Any one have the info on this and is it successful?

Found the answer to my query on the old forum. Chris Dickenson had identified it as a Maplin part K2599. Going to order one tomorrow.

I built one of these, it`s fitted to the 1300 fwd, works well, but the instructions are a nightmare, it`s the worst translated english I have ever come across.

Errr ... the kit turned up on Wednesday (first class post at 3.35 precisely!!)
Not quite what I was expecting. Now I'll have to buy a new soldering iron cos' my other one is going to make a hash of the circuit board and all the little gizmos. I honestly thought it would be all built up and in a nice little box - with a nice switch ready to fit. How wrong!! Know what I'm doing this weekend?
