Right'o.

Driving around yesterday it started raining a fair old bit and when I turned on the wipers I found the driver's side one to be utterly useless. I swapped it for the passenger side one, which has been replaced not so long ago I reckon and can now see. :D

My question is: The two wiper blades I have a different sizes, the drivers' was a 13" and the passenger's "14 (now swapped), I'm guessing I can just fit two "14 blades for greater coverage?

The other question is can you get the stainless steel wiper blades for Dollys, and if so are they any good? The Dolly gets used a far amount rain or shine (this being Scotland it's usually rain ) so practicality takes precedence over cosmetics here. ;)

I found

on Rimmers, will they fit/work?

The car currently has this style fitted. (one 14" unbranded one and a "13 Bosch).

Hi xivivalve,
I am after some new wiper blades for my Dolomite 1850 and picked up this thread on the club forum. I was a while ago but do you still have any for sale?
Many thanks,
Erik

Last year I got a pair the correct size in stainless from Bolt On Bits just outside Bradford in West Yorks. They have an eBay shop so can easily be found on the web and I find they do a good job, but it doesn't get out much in the rain. They were very well priced at the time at £11.00 a pair, thought that was each and got a surprise. Look to be the same item as pictured on Rimmers site.

Many thanks RobSun! I have just ordered and they are a great price! I try to avoid the rain also but sometimes it is unavoidable in the UK. Cheers!
