Hello everyone, first post.

Just an enquiry to see if anyone knows if there is a difference between 1296cc and 1500cc Spitfire big valve heads in terms of keyways and casting uniformity for putting onto a Toledo engine. I have plans to do some tuning to my 1975 Toledo. Twin SU2, Fast Road profile cam and stainless club exhaust, but require a larger port (big valve) Spitty head too. One on ebay at the moment but seller won't say if it's off a 1300 or a 1500 ? Are they the same ?

The head castings are the same, just skimmed heavily for the 1300 to bring the compression ratio back up.
