When I came to offer up the black plastic grills I found that the plastic around 3 of the 4 top mounting holes have broken off. The bottom ones seem ok, but I'm not sure they're enough to hold the grill on, on their own; as would be the case for one of them.

Any suggestions for how to fix them?

Also, any help on which of the bits in the big bag of rusty stuff the welder and the painter left me with, hold the grill on?

Graham

I appear to have 1/4 unf captive nuts in the panel, which the holes and the gaps where the holes used to be line up with. I wondered what the bolts looked like as there are a selection that might do.
