Post subject:  Communicating with the Club

A couple of points to remember when corresponding with the Club please:

1. The Club has a contact address which is a remote PO Box for the convenience and public domain privacy of the officers who run the Club. Nothing is ever sent to you from that PO Box, so please do not send anything other than letters to it. It costs the Club handsomely for anything more than a letter to be forwarded from the PO Box, so please do not send exchange parts for core or returning parts supplied by the Club for any reason to it. For returns, depending upon the item, you will be provided with an appropriate address on request through the parts ordering facility as parts are dispatched from various parts of the country depending on where they are sourced from.

2. If you have any issue with any part supplied whatsoever, be it dissatisfaction or perceived fault, please return it to the Club in the exact state you received it in. Do not attempt to disassemble, mend, modify or adapt it in any manner whatsoever; doing so removes the Club's ability to take issue with the supplier of the part, voids any warranty we might have and you effectively therefore take permanent ownership of the part. In such instances, you will not be provided with a replacement without being charged for it accordingly.
