Hi All, does anybody have a new or good condition rear brake adjuster wheel for a Dolomite 1850? My splines have rounded off so isn’t working properly. Part number should be LH 519798. Thanks

I have some good used items; is it the one with conventional thread or LH thread?

Thank you for looking through your spares and that is a good question! I will take a close look at the one on my car and see if I can make sense of it! Thanks

Here is an image of the right hand side one. It looks like the image of the adjusters from Mig is correctly presented - I am after the one on the left. Xvivalve, if my thinking is correct the left one should be left hand thread. It would be great if I could buy one from either of you? I am based in Melksham, Southwest - not sure if any are nearby? Otherwise, I can pay for postage. Thank you!

Alun is your best technical specialist on all things Dolomite. At least you will get the correct side. I hadn't realised they were handed until you mentioned it.
Good luck with your Project,
Tony.

Fill your boots Tony; you've found your's, I still have to look!

These are a shocking price new now, but then they were NLS for several years.

Thank you for looking Alun. I have checked Rimmer Bros and this part is no longer available so could really use your help!

Well, there ya go - I never knew they were handed either, but that explains how I couldn't get the shoes to adjust using the hand brake the other day, I had two fitted that were the same side! Sorted it now though!
