I think you are wrong Sam.
A two month delay is likely to deter potential sales,
to encourage sales they could state "expected imminently" or some suchlike phrase?
I am thinking the lockdown and furlough scheme are contributory factors here.
The factory may have reopened but is building up production rates and dealing with a backlog?
Furthermore, they may have been delayed by the absence of certain essential staff who were shielding?
Earlier this year I placed an order with Rimmers for a part that was out of stock
and this was actually delivered to me on the expected date.
I have used Rimmers a bit and cannot fault their service, next or same day despatch, the orders are well packed
and their carriage prices are very reasonable.
