Im researching where my car originally sold. It was Huddersfield. I think Appleyard or Rocar dealers for Rover Triumph in Huddersfield at the time.
Any info on either of these dealerships in 1979/80?

Here’s a great link.

It’s from the 40s when Martin Walters in Dover were associated with great names like Rolls Royce, Bentley but also Triumph.

I know this as my next door neighbour was a salesman there.

He tells me stories like even when the cars were new the staff put drip trays under them as they all leaked even when new.
