Hello good people.

In my hunt for decent badges for my Sprint, which still have a bit if colour to them, but are sensible money - I have come across these decals on eBay. Has anyone here bought and used them? Im wondering if they are any good? I only really need the d pillar badges and nose badge but these maybe worth a punt for under £20. Are the original badges just sticker inserts anyway?

Cheers, Bish.

Thanks for that Dave. Glad to see you think the quality is good.
You could stick your d pillar badges on with the 3m type double sided pads? It’s what seems to be used for most numberplates these days. It’s good stuff, badges and numberplates stay stuck, and saves faffing with pins?

Cheers, Bish

Got them on mine. They look great and for price a no brainer. Ones on rear boot lid a little rippled as I stuck them directly over the embossed letters. You could spend time on flatting back before applying. I decided to simply stick on and if they fall off then the original badging is there

Hi Guys.
I have just seen the post and ordered myself a set for my Sprint refurb.
I did get some made but the yellow was more of a gold.
The shop said that's the closest they had.
They looked nice and I did wonder what people would have said.
Anyway well done for posting the article. The next show I get to I will bring
the gold decals to see if people think they look classy lol.
Cheers Gary

I purchased the 135 set for my sprint because I fancied a change. I had a set of the later badges which are not the embossed type keeping my originals. They are excellent quality and at the price it is a no brainer.

Does anyone know whether these are still available. I could do with a set and cannot find them on ebay at present.
Anyone know who the seller is?

I've just acquired 20 new old stock of the later rear foils, the one with the non-italic script, though I've yet to take delivery of them...

I haven’t seen them listed on eBay for a while. Although I have seen more and more NOS badges turning up. I wonder if they are really NOS or just badges with these repro foils stuck on?

Just me being my usual cynical self I suppose!

I do have the rear badge foils left over as I didn’t need them for my car. If any one wants them drop me a pm.

Cheers, Bish.

I got a set from eBay user ap-graphics back in January this year. I have just sent a message asking if they still have them, will post the answer here.

Just had a reply back!

Hi Roger,
Unfortunately I haven't any left as the foil film and colours are no longer available, I only have a small amount left that I use for other jobs but I'm hoping to source enough material from other overseas suppliers but haven't managed to receive anything to test on first.
I should be able to do a small print run with the material I have left but it will be in the next couple of weeks before I get chance to do this, they will be listed on here so I'll give you a heads up once they're live.
Regards,
Alex.

So if he gets back in touch I will post here to let you know.

Roger
