I suspect the hinges are the same ( not 100 % sure ), but you can repair the hinges with new pins 😀

The rear top and bottom hinges are different to EACH OTHER and the rear upper hinge has an offset bolt pattern where it bolts to the post which makes it handed as well. The front hinge is all 4 the same (616393) rear hinge lower is 2 x 616396 and rear upper is 617431 (RH) and 617430 (LH)

HTH Steve

EDIT, I have quite a few of each in usable condition and several colours (no yellow ones though!)

Hi Steve,

Just piggybacking on this thread a little bit.

I am sorting some hinges out for powder coating, however it has occurred to me that I need to dismantle them into their component parts so they dont get bunged up with paint.

Would you happen to have any tips on how to remove the pins?

TIA :)

Pete

Not if you are powdercoating them, spray the powder then open/close the hinges a few times (holding the bolt and nuts you've already inserted through one of the holes ) a few times to displace any powder on the hinge before you put them in the oven. as soon as they've cooked and cooled enough spray some releasing agent and light grease into the pin recess.
