Morning all,

Can anybody confirm standard front and rear spring rates. I’ve heard they’re either 139lbs or 175lbs.

Thanks, Richard

Funny enough just been looking thru the old Sprint paperwork.

The Spax kit from Rimmers shows rated at 175-1”
So guessing 139 must be standard.
Been interested to know the fitted spring length as well.

Mocked up front suspension yesterday and she’s sitting about 3” higher now.
Need shorter springs

Rebuilding the Sprint time taken so far, 111Hrs@15/12/2020
212Hrs @31/12/2021
352 @ 28/11/2022
455Hrs @ 20/10/2023
480Hrs @ 14/03/2024
This is time taken at the Sprint not necessary time worked.

Working on a ratio of just 7Hrs a day not including driving to the Sprint.
That equals to 68 days that doesn’t include weekends.

I tested some std springs, using my weight and a ruler.
Results, within "experimental accuracy" were about 140lb/inch. So 139 looks to be correct.
