The following information is based on the 1973 Second edition workshop manual.
I've included scans of the original pages so that the data can be double checked for mistakes.
When I get time I plan on posting:
  • Lubricants/Fuels/Fluids - capacities.
  • Torque settings
  • Colour codes
  • Technical Data
My intention is to provide forum users with a "quick reference" . Obviously I don't guarantee the accuracy of the information, it is provided as "to the best of my knowledge".
If anyone knows of data/information that supersedes this please let me know.

That could be very useful, thanks. You might want to put the decimal point in the sump and filter capacity......... :D

And for us Amuhrikans, we need to remember that the capacities are given in Imperial measure, which are different than our local pints/quarts/gallons. I find it simpler for myself to just convert the given metric capacity units to US measure.

This one has taken a lot longer to arrange as ASCII art... oh how I wish this forum supported tables!
Code:
GENERAL SPECIFICATION DATA
PAINT AND TRIM CODING SYSTEM
**The commission number plate bears code symbols for identification of the vehicle's exterior colour, trim material
and trim colour.**
Colour Code
Nine basic colours are allocated a number as shown in the table. Shades of these colours are classified as 1st shade,
2nd shade, 3rd shade, etc. The number of each shade change prefixes the basic colour to indicate the shade colour.
Dual colours are identified by two code numbers separated by a stroke, e.g. 19/26 denotes 'White' and 'Wedgwood',
the predominant colour being White, this symbol being quoted first.
The main trim material is identified by prefixing the colour code number with a letter, e.g.:
Leathercloth — No prefix letter
Leather — Prefix letter H
Cloth — Prefix letter C
