There's a chap who does the shows who specialises in clutches, name of Alwyn Lewis, but I don't have any contact details to hand, sorry. You might find him listed in old show guides if anyone has one...

try Mick Dolphin, ANG, carparts in motion (devon) or surprisingly your local independent car parts shop may be able to source one.

thanks for replies and a few PMs. A hard road sourcing parts, but finally fruitful. I publish with the intention of helping others, with my experience
All the usual suppliers offer clutch parts of the usual 3 bits, and some offer kits, all with diameter 182mm. The snag is once you pull the car apart you find a problem. My Dolomite (and I suspect others) have an odd clutch size - 165mm.
These bits are rarer than hen's teeth; a few friction plates show up on ebay, but not covers, bearings, centring tool. I started digging into part numbers - mine is Borg & Beck HK8930 ( QuintonHazell QKT271AF, Unipart GCK271, Ferodo CTK559,LuK617050400)
Even that was not going well when one factor said "of course it's the same as a Marina 1.3" - back on the web, the magic part numbers gradually came out of the gloom. I have ended up with possibly 3 sets of parts and 1 complete kit. I have bought 1/4 of UK stock I think.
If anyone else wants info, happy to share; save yourself 3 days of websurfing and phoning. Has to be said, you meet some very nice people out there. One lovely gentleman in Teesdale works one day a week, but knows his shed-full of stock

The 1300 clutch sizes you quote 165mm are the standard size fitted to them. The ones advertised now for them 182mm are for 1500s which are cheaper and readily available because of there much wider use in MG's. I have taken this up in the past with suppliers and they quote manufacturers lists e.g. Q.H. and Borg & Beck which seem to be incorrect. They pick up on later models which are quoted by them as having 1500 clutches fitted, but this appears to only have been in a small production run made for the British School of Motoring to give stronger clutches to stand up to learner drivers.

I know of a few who have ended up with the wrong clutch from the well respected suppliers but even when informed they appear to have done nothing about it.

The simplest way around the difficulty of finding a 1300 RWD clutch is to obtain a flywheel from a Midget 1500 or Spitfire and use the much more common 1500 clutch. Both the Spitfire and the Midget use the intertia type starter as the 1300, the 1500 Dolomite uses a pre-engaged starter which is unique to the model and rare / expensive. The 1300 standard size clutch is not really up to the extra weight of the Dolomite and has a short life, so the the upgrade to the 1500 flywheel and clutch doesn't really have any downside. The flywheels are the same weight too, I've weighed both.
