Hi Jake,

When i came upon the same issue, i had a friendly fabricator cut the end of my column off and weld the OMP boss onto the end of it.

I don't have/can't find a picture of the finished article, but can get one when im with the car again next week.

Things to remember are that the splined slug is welded on concentric to the rest of the column. and the flat(which denotes the middle top of the wheel), and the indicator cancelling spring on the column are lined up.
