Gents Was part of a recent thread regarding the club potentially fabricating the adapter bracket required to fit the 123 Dizzy. Did anyone manage to locate the fabrication drawing or obtain an existing bracket so we can get more made. I know of at least a dozen other club members looking to get hold of a bracket so any updates would be greatly appreciated. Cheers. Richard. |

I think that’s the issue Mart, no one seems to be able to locate one. We know Mahesh may of had a spare one but no one seems to be able to locate Mahesh. Can any Club Member please help at all ??? I am sure as Mart states reverse engineering these should be straight forward, a number could be fabricated and every member of the club could then obtain one. Come on guys someone must have one. I think if I am not mistaken Mart was referring to obtaining the bracket then reverse engineering the bracket. As the guys have stated an actual 123 Dizzy is circa £300-£400. There must be a member that has a drawing or a bracket ? |

If you get a 123 Dizzy and a Sprint Dizzy it shouldnt be to hard to make a bracket to suite the 123 Dizzy you would have the sizes, especially as Jerome posted a picture of what it looks likeAs the guys have stated an actual 123 Dizzy is circa £300-£400. (to suit 123 dizzy) all you need is the internal diameter of the 1223 Dizzy and allow a few thou for the interference fit Malcolm |

I have made a drawing, a bit crude and not to BS 308 drawing standards but someone could convert this in to a CAD drawing with the dimensions I have given. Hope this helps malcolm

I'm not quite reading what you've drawn there Malcolm, maybe because it's a Word file that I'm importing into Mac and things have moved...can you send me a PDF? |
