 Post subject: Which Head Gasket?

Hello experts,

My Sprint engine leaks a little bit cooling water at the right hand side at the head gasket. Now I want to search for for the reason but need to order a head gasket before taking off the head. Beside standard gaskets and the ones from Payen there are also thicker ones on the market. What would be the best gasket to order and for what are these thick ones?
