So eBay turns up some proper comedy, for once...

Image
They see me rollin'....

Image
they hatin'....

:D

I wasn't too sure but my mum thinks it looks great as a result of these two bits of 80's fine plastic tattery...well, I couldn't stop laughing at it but there is something about it!

Image

What do ya reckon? I'm not sure but I do kinda like the louvres

The car also now has a proper black interior - with gearshift gaiter, proper floor mats, the works - flash makes it look much dirtier than it is! The SE interior was a) Shot, b) Hideously uncomfortable and C) a gash colour/fabric. It really was disgusting.

To the BLACKMOBILE!

And it'll probably be for sale, soon, as well!

Pimpin'.

You definitely need some bigger wheels. I don't think it sounds that cool to be rapping about "Rollin' on 13s" 8)

Loving the window louvres.

Had one on my Beetle. Something about the tacky plastic.

Award yourself 50 bonus points for serious retro cool.

If it's for sale ......

....how old and how much?

Had them on a mini once, little black one (mind you they were all little weren't they)- thought it looked the mutts

Since the rest of the car is black - how about some black wheels - I got some I could upload if you want to do a photshop job on it and see how they look....

Go for it! I was thinking black 6J Revolution 4 spokes would set it off a right treat if I were to do that :)

nah mine are minilites, but revolutions would look good - revolutions look good on everything!!!

(I'm bracing myself for hails of abuse and random photshopping of revolutions on things they really don't suit - but at the moment I can't think of anything - You could even pimp a rolls with them....class!!)

Jod's Spitfire has SE wheels on it (or should that be the other way round?) and they have been painted such that the outer rims are a dark silver with black centre; looks very good...
