the nut part of them is 7/16,

It appears to be Walnut with some sort of dodgy veneer on it, that'll come off at some stage, when I've sorted all the more important jobs....

The handbrake needed massive adjustment for the Mot, that photo was taken before it was done.

And it's not the wheel that's wonky, it's the whole steering - the rack is currently in the middle of our dining room floor....
