they are definately 7/16 i know as i snapped one in the rear cylinders and had to buy a whole new cylinder. i have a spare one as i bought two cylinders and took one out if you want it its yours gratis ill have a look for it saturday and let ya know if you want it too dark and cold to go looking now.

Cheers (assuming this is intended as a reply to my thread). I need a pair as I intend to replace the current ones as part of rebuilding the calipers, so I'll ring the local 'factors tomorrow

Is there any point, if they come out and aren't damaged they'll work wont they? Plus you'll need to know the thread size... Don't know what that is...
