Car lift.... suggestions

Any one have experience in using a tilting car lift similar to this..........

Recently bought one. Same as CJ autos version, bought unused but sat in a crate for some time.
It seems a fair solution, I have the spitfire on full tilt with back wheels on the ground. However, despite mine being "adjustable" width, the choice was too narrow or too wide, I was not able to get it just right. Solved using some lengths of timber :roll:

Getting the balance point is difficult. And hard to wind up when at ground level, gets progressively easier.

I think I am pleased with mine. No space for a 2 poster, and a "scissor lift" is way too heavy to move about/store.

Cheers Clive, I've got room for a two poster but wanted something I could move around easily.

Think I will bit the bullet and order one whilst they are discounted

On the plus side, if you don't like it, they seem to fetch a high proportion of new cost when re-sold on fleabay. That was my logic....

I did notice that on ebay cheers, I ordered it yesterday so should be here tomorrow :)
